All services are subject to availability and our engineers' assessment on-site. We reserve the right to refuse service in circumstances we deem unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All prices quoted by phone, WhatsApp, or email are estimates based on the information provided. A final price will be confirmed by the engineer on arrival, following a physical assessment of the work required.

• There is no call-out fee for attending your property
• Work will not commence without your agreement to the quoted price
• Prices may vary based on time of day, complexity, and parts required

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash and card payments. A receipt or invoice will be provided upon request.

5. Guarantees & Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our warranty terms are as follows:

• Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of service
• Parts and locks supplied by us carry the manufacturer's warranty
• Warranty is void if parts are tampered with or misused after installation

6. Liability

While we take every care to carry out work safely and professionally, Lockstar Locksmith's liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or frames
• Damage caused by emergency entry where no other method was possible
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
